Detailed molecular analysis of complex mixtures such as crude oil and its fractions has been successfully covered by a number groups during the past two decades. On other side, most glaring need is some type method that allows quantitative single class, compound species, or even individual compounds. Here, problem being complicated complexity sample for response factors necessary compounds in almost all analytical methods. This can be circumvented using with uniform like inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry. Sulfur one important heteroelements present products due to stringent regulations. Quantification sulfur means mass spectrometry always challenging task. we combination sulfur-selective chromatographic separation on Pd-coated stationary phase two-dimensional detection. Qualitative ultrahigh-resolution Orbitrap detailed understanding compositions after separation, while data from plasma tandem details quantities each part chromatogram. The results both methods assigning three different types species their determination extremely heavy fractions.
